After completing the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels of Allier and aged then for a further 6 months in the bottle. It has a garnet-red coat, a large and complex bouquet, in which characteristic hints of vanilla are found, typical of the Allier oak in which it is matured. It is dry, soft, elegant with a good structure and Good balance. There is a slight oak undercoat with a pleasant and persistent finish.

Alcoholic fermentation took place leaving the skins in contact with the must for 12 days at a temperature of 28 degree - 30 degree C. After completing the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels of Allier and aged then for a further 6 months in the bottle.
