The Delicia Black Edition cake pans have a non-stick coating, resistant to high oven temperatures, in an elegant black version. They have an opening hinge and a removable bottom, so it is easier to unmold the cakes; if you prefer you can serve your desserts simply by using the non-stick bottom as a tray, just use nylon utensils to avoid damaging the coating. The springform provided, opens & makes the sides very loose thereby making it very convenient to remove the soft cakes & pies baked in it. The sides of the bake pan can be removed easily with the cake resting of the base plate. With baking pans which do not have springform facility, it is very tedious to extract the baked cake without risk of breaking it.
