cooking Guidelines
1. Boil water.
2. Put a small amount of this hot water in a cup. (300ml)
3. Add 2 heaped tablespoons of the BlueBand Instant Porridge to the cuo.
4. Stir until a smooth paste is formed.
5. Add hot water to the paste to your desired consistency and stir.
6. Add a sweetener of your choice.
7. Add BlueBand Margarine or BlueBand Peanut Butter to taste.
